20 hour bundle

I understand that engaging the services of an interior designer is not something people do often and it's a huge unknown.
I offer Two Hour Consultations and Discovery Calls so clients can get to know me and how I can help with their projects.
For clients wanting to keep an eye on design fees, purchasing a package in advance allows you to specify how many hours you are ready to invest.
Packages are available in 10 and 20 hour blocks.
A variety of design services are available to use with this block of hours.
Design time can be used for space planning, sourcing products, site visits, drafting floorplans, sourcing flooring, lighting & finishes and colour consultations.
Once a block of time has been purchased, the client's account is credited the total amount. The fees will be deducted from the account in 15 minute increments, whether it's an in-person meeting (pre-arranged travel time may be charged) or an email message, it's up to the client how the time is used.
Typically, as guide one to two rooms can take….

• briefing session and site visit: 2 hours
• furniture sourcing: 2-5 hours
• general floor plan with furniture can take 2-6 hours (working from a CAD survey)
• colour scheme: 2-4 hours
• decoration drawing: 3-5 hours
• flooring sourcing: 2-4 hours
• flooring drawing: (using pre drawn general floor plan) 2-3 hours
• lighting specification and drawing: 3-7 hours
• fabric sourcing: 2-3 hours
• electrical small power drawing: 2-4 hours

Things to note on time estimates:

• This is obviously site size, type and brief specific.
• The better you brief me, the quicker it will be!

Tasks taking a number of hours to do need to be pre-booked into my diary.
Unused time is not refundable.
